Prenatal Yoga is not yoga that you can do because you are pregnant, it's yoga you must to because you are pregnant. Although helpful, previous yoga experience is not necessary. The Iyengar prenatal sequence is a highly specialized sequence.

The prenatal coarse is specific yoga sequence for the expecting mom.
This is a specially designed therapeutic class.
Here is a brief description of the coarse.
The poses and sequences that we teach during pregnancy come directly from Guruji Iyengar and his daughter Geeta. They are based on their vast knowledge and experience. There are tailored specifically for the mother and the life within. The sequences differ during each trimester of pregnancy as the body changes and the fetus grows. We use props and modify poses so they are safe, deeply recuperative and rejuvenative.
At the moment the availability of class times are as follows.
Monday 6:30ish P.M.
Saturday morning 11:00 A.M.ish
Class rates are as follows
One person (private), $120 per class.
Two or three (semi private - 3 mommies max. per class) $75.ea. per class.
The classes are held at our private and semi private studio location 350 N. Sepulveda Blvd. #3 in Manhattan Beach.
